Mourning

Ilorin, Dec. 13, 2025 (NAN) The Nigeria Governors’ Forum (NGF), says it is shocked and deeply saddened by the passing of the Deputy Governor of Bayelsa, Sen. Lawrence Ewhrudjakpo, who died following a medical emergency on Thursday.
This is contained in a condolence message issued by the Forum’s Chairman, Gov. AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq on Friday in Ilorin.
“The forum extended its heartfelt sympathies to Gov. Douye Diri, the government and people of Bayelsa, as well as the immediate family of the late deputy governor over the tragic loss.
“We stand in solidarity with the governor and the people of Bayelsa at this moment of grief, and we pray to God Almighty to grant His Excellency and the family the strength to bear this immeasurable loss,” the statement added. (NAN)(www.nannews.ng)
