KGIRS boss urges reflection at Christmas

Lokoja, Dec. 25, 2025 (NAN) The Executive Chairman of Kogi State Internal Revenue Service (KGIRS), Dr Sule Enehe, has extended Christmas greetings to management and staff as Christians celebrate Christmas 2025.

 

The message is contained in a statement issued in Lokoja on Wednesday by the Head of Corporate Affairs, Muhammad Idris.

 

Enehe congratulated staff and urged Christians to reflect on the birth of Jesus Christ, describing it as central to faith and humanity.

 

He called for spiritual renewal, saying believers should embrace “love, peace, humility and selflessness as demonstrated by Christ.”

 

According to him, these virtues are essential for personal growth, peaceful coexistence and effective service delivery within the Service.

 

The statement reaffirmed KGIRS leadership’s commitment to unity, dedication and professionalism, while wishing staff and residents a joyous Christmas.

 

Enehe said the significance of Christ’s birth and his virtues of love and peaceful coexistence were “indescribable” worldwide.

 

He urged Christian staff to reflect on Jesus’ life and rededicate themselves to serving humanity, noting that “there is no greater love.”

 

Enehe encouraged outreach to the underprivileged, saying compassion would strengthen workplace relationships and trust with taxpayers. (NAN) (www.nannews.ng)
