Gov. AbdulRazaq felicitates Christians on Christmas

Ilorin, Dec. 24, 2025 (NAN) The Kwara Governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, has extended warm felicitations to the Christian community on Christmas, praying that the season brings joy, peace, and God’s abiding grace to all.
The message is contained in his Christmas goodwill message issued on Wednesday in Ilorin.
AbdulRazaq said that the celebration reflects the very essence of Jesus Christ, who is the reason for the season.
He particularly thanked the christian community for their consistent support, understanding, solidarity, and commitment to peaceful coexistence in the state.
“On this holiday and always, I call for continuous harmony, brotherhood, and a shared commitment to building a safer and more prosperous Kwara and Nigeria,” he said.
The Governor also urged residents to remain vigilant, patriotic, and supportive of the government’s efforts, especially as security agencies work round the clock to ensure public safety across the state.
